- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Optional: Turn on the broiler for the last 2–3 minutes to achieve a golden, bubbly top.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired. Serve warm.
