- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
- 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend cheese)
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the salsa, shredded cheese, bell peppers, black olives, green onions, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, like a jelly roll.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
