- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the ovenย to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl,ย cream the butter and powdered sugarย together until light and fluffy.
- Add theย vanilla extractย and mix until combined.
- Gradually add theย flour and salt, mixing just until the dough comes together.
- Stir in theย chopped nutsย until evenly distributed.
- Scoop small portionsย of dough (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
