  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and a sticky dough forms.
  2. Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat.
