Crust:
- 25 Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Filling:
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 6–8 Oreo cookies (crushed or broken into pieces)
Instructions
- Make the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form an even crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream gently into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Pour the chocolate filling over the prepared Oreo crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the filling.
- Add the Topping:
- Sprinkle crushed or broken Oreo cookies on top of the whipped cream layer.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before serving.
- The pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
