Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert with layers of Oreo crust, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for parties, gatherings, or whenever you’re craving something decadent!

Ingredients

Units Scale

Crust:

  • 25 Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Filling:

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 68 Oreo cookies (crushed or broken into pieces)

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust:
    • In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form an even crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
    • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream gently into the pudding mixture until fully combined.
  3. Assemble the Pie:
    • Pour the chocolate filling over the prepared Oreo crust, spreading it out evenly.
    • Spread a layer of whipped cream over the filling.
  4. Add the Topping:
    • Sprinkle crushed or broken Oreo cookies on top of the whipped cream layer.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before serving.
  • The pie can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
