Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Whip the Cream:
    • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine Mixtures:
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Layers:
    • In a 13ร—9-inch baking dish, place a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
    • Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
    • Sprinkle half of the diced strawberries over the cream layer.
    • Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, cream mixture, and strawberries.
  5. Chill:
    • Cover the dish and refrigerate for 4-5 hours, or until the layers have set and the graham crackers have softened.
