No-Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna is a delightful and refreshing layered dessert, perfect for warm days when you want a sweet treat without turning on the oven. This dessert features a crunchy Golden Oreo crust, a creamy cheesecake layer, a luscious strawberry Jello layer, and is topped with whipped cream and white chocolate curls.

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Crust:

  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 1/3 cups fresh strawberries, diced

For the Strawberry Jello Layer:

  • 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups whipped cream or whipped topping

For the Topping:

  • 23 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 45 ounces white chocolate, for curls

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Place the Golden Oreo cookies (including the filling) in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
    • In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter until evenly moistened.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
    • Place the dish in the freezer to set while preparing the next layer.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
    • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
    • Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
    • Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
    • Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Prepare the Strawberry Jello Layer:
    • In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
    • Whisk in the strawberry Greek yogurt until smooth.
    • Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
    • Pour this mixture over the cheesecake layer, smoothing the top.
    • Refrigerate for 2โ€“3 hours, or until the Jello layer is set.
  4. Add the Topping:
    • Once the Jello layer is firm, spread the remaining whipped cream over the top.
    • To create white chocolate curls, carefully draw a vegetable peeler across the surface of the white chocolate bar.
    • Sprinkle the chocolate curls over the whipped cream layer.
  5. Chill Before Serving:
    • Refrigerate the dessert for an additional 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow all layers to set completely.
    • When ready to serve, slice into squares and enjoy this creamy, fruity delight.

Notes

  • For the whipped cream, you can use store-bought whipped topping like Cool Whip. You’ll need approximately 22 ounces in total for this recipe.
  • If you prefer homemade whipped cream, beat 3ยฝ cups of chilled heavy whipping cream with 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar to taste and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5โ€“6 days.
