Description

A creamy and delicious banana ice cream made without an ice cream maker. Perfectly sweet and easy to prepare with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Scoop and serve as desired.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness.
  • Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for texture.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if too hard.
