- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and mash them in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
- Scoop and serve as desired.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness.
- Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for texture.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if too hard.
