Ingredients
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)
2 tbsp milk (any kind)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients:
In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. -
Add wet ingredients:
Stir in oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using. -
Microwave:
Microwave on HIGH for 50–60 seconds. The top should look set but still slightly gooey in the center—don’t overcook.
