Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef โ€“ In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until browned and the onions are softened, about 5-6 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed, then stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
