Description

These easy, no-bake Oreo truffles are rich, chocolatey, and irresistible! With just three ingredients, theyโ€™re the perfect treat for parties, holidays, or anytime you need a sweet fix.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreosย โ€“ In a food processor, blend the Oreos into fine crumbs. (No food processor? Place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.)
  • Mix with Cream Cheeseย โ€“ In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  • Form the Trufflesย โ€“ Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 15โ€“20 minutes.
  • Dip in Chocolateย โ€“ Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Use a fork to lift and let the excess drip off.
  • Set & Decorateย โ€“ Place the coated truffles back on the parchment paper. If desired, sprinkle with crushed Oreos or drizzle with more melted chocolate. Let them set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 10โ€“15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use flavored Oreos like mint or peanut butter.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
  • White chocolate can be trickier to melt; add a teaspoon of coconut oil to keep it smooth.
