Description

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Press the top of each cod fillet into the Parmesan mixture, ensuring a generous coating. Place the fillets crust-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
