A decadent fusion of cheeseburger and lasagna featuring layers of garlic-Parmesan bรฉchamel sauce, seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, marinara, and melted cheese.

- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6–8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk (or milk + heavy cream)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 2 Tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375โฏยฐF (190โฏยฐC).
- Cook bacon until crispy; drain, crumble, and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown ground beef with onion until cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, cook for about 1 minute, then stir in marinara; simmer for 5โ10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour to make a roux for about 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk (and cream if used); cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepperโremove from heat.
- In a 9ร13 dish, layer a thin coat of bรฉchamel, 3 noodles, half meat sauce, bรฉchamel, mozzarella/cheddar, and bacon.
- Repeat layering once; top with remaining noodles, sauce, bรฉchamel, cheese, and bacon.
- Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10โ15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing; garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Make-ahead: assemble ahead and refrigerate before baking.
- Freezing: assemble unbaked, wrap tightly, freeze up to 3 months; thaw overnight then bake.
- Storage: refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 3โ4 days.
- Reheat: oven at 350โฏยฐF for 15โ20 minutes or microwave individual portions.
