2 tbsp melted butter
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
-
Optional: chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.

Add the filling:
In the center of each circle, place about 1 tsp pizza sauce, 3 pepperoni slices, and a pinch of mozzarella cheese. -
Seal and shape:
Bring the edges of the dough up and pinch to seal completely. Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet or in muffin cups. -
Brush with butter:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of each bomb, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. -
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. -
Serve:
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Use mini pepperoni or chopped pieces for easier filling.
Try other fillings like cooked sausage, mushrooms, or olives.
Make ahead and reheat in the oven or air fryer for a quick snack.
