Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • Pepperoni slices (enough to top patties)
  • 8 Tbsp jarred marinara sauce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for bun)
  • 4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, Italian sausage, and Italian seasoning; knead and form into four thick patties.
  2. Cook patties in skillet over mediumโ€‘high heat: fry a few minutes on one side, then flip.
