- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
- Add beef broth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to enhance flavor and moisten the mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese evenly over the skillet.
- Cover with a lid and let cheese melt, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
