Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender: pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more coconut milk to adjust consistency.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
