- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

- Once the gelatin has cooled but is still liquid, stir in the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, whipped topping (or whipped cream), and shredded coconut (if using) until well combined.
- If desired, fold in halved maraschino cherries and chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the salad is set and chilled.
- Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir to mix any settled ingredients. Garnish with extra cherries or nuts if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute raspberry gelatin for strawberry if you prefer a slightly different flavor.
- For a richer texture, you can use cream cheese in place of whipped topping.
- Feel free to add other fruits like bananas or grapes for extra variety.
