Ingredients

Units Scale
  • For the Cream Layer:
    • 250 g mascarpone
    • 200 g cream cheese
    • 50 g powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 200 ml heavy cream, chilled
  • For the Layers:
    • 200 g fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
    • 100 g Raffaello pralines, crushed
    • 100 g ladyfingers or shortbread cookies, crushed
  • Optional Garnish:
    • Grated white chocolate
    • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream:
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light, fluffy cream.
  3. Layer the Dessert:
    • Begin with a layer of crushed cookies at the bottom of each glass.
    • Add a layer of mascarpone cream.
    • Sprinkle a handful of crushed Raffaello pralines on top.
    • Add a layer of fresh raspberries.
    • Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of cream.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
Top each glass with fresh raspberries, grated white chocolate, and a mint leaf for decoration. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute mascarpone with cream cheese for a lighter version.
  • Frozen raspberries can be used if fresh ones are unavailable; just thaw them beforehand.
