- 1 oz (30 ml) orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 3/4 oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup (or honey/agave syrup)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- Ice (for shaking or blending)
- Salt or sugar (for rimming the glass, optional)
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the glass:ย If desired, rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip it in salt or sugar.
- Muddle the raspberries:ย In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries until they release their juice.
- Mix the cocktail:ย Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
