Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and chopped asparagus. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tomatoes start to burst and asparagus is tender-crisp.
  4. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the sauce. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
