Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks
Optional Topping:
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)
Instructions

Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven toย 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease or line anย 8×8-inchย baking pan with parchment paper. -
Make the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix until smooth. -
Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift in cocoa powder, salt, and flour. Stir until just combinedโdonโt overmix! -
Fold in Oreos:
Gently fold inย halfย of the broken Oreo cookies. -
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining Oreos on top. Bake forย 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. -
Cool & Serve:
Let the brownies cool completely before slicing. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired. Enjoy!
