Description

A sweet and creamy peanut butter cheese ball coated in Reeseโ€™s pieces, chocolate chips, and peanut butter cups. Itโ€™s perfect for dipping with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reeseโ€™s peanut butter cups
  • 1 cup Reeseโ€™s Pieces (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped Reeseโ€™s peanut butter cups.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or until firm).
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in Reeseโ€™s Pieces until fully coated.
  6. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, mix in crushed graham crackers or pretzel pieces.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Let the cheese ball sit at room temperature for 10โ€“15 minutes before serving for a softer texture.
