Instructions
- Roast the Garlic:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Assemble the Pizza:
- Increase the oven temperature to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to preheat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the white sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, red onions, and spinach (if using).
- Brush the crust with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake:
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Serve:
- Let the pizza cool slightly, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 3-4 minutes before adding the toppings.
