- 5 medium dill pickles, cut into quarters lengthwise
Instructions
- Lay out the salami slices on a clean work surface.
- Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese evenly across each slice of salami.
- Place a pickle spear on one edge of each salami slice.
- Roll up the salami slice tightly around the pickle, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
