Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 breakfast sausage links, cooked
  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking eggs)

Instructions

  • Preheat the ovenย to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scramble the eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then pour in the eggs. Stir occasionally until soft scrambled. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare the crescent dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  • Assemble the roll-ups: Sprinkle a little shredded cheese onto each triangle. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and place a cooked sausage link on top. Roll up from the wide end to the pointy tip.
  • Bake: Arrange the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet. Bake forย 12โ€“15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warmย and enjoy!

Notes

  • Swap cheddar for American, mozzarella, or pepper jack for a different flavor.
  • Make it ahead: Cook the eggs and sausage the night before for a faster morning prep.
  • Add veggies like diced bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
