Instructions
- Preheat Oven โ Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Eggs โ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour in the eggs, and scramble gently until just set. Remove from heat.
- Cook Sausage โ Cook sausage links according to package instructions, then slice each link in half lengthwise for easier rolling.
- Assemble Roll-Ups โ Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. On the wide end of each triangle, add a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a piece of sausage, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Roll and Arrange โ Roll up each crescent triangle, starting at the wide end and tucking the filling as you go. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
