6 large eggs

2 cups milk (whole or 2%)

4 cups cubed bread (day-old white, sourdough, or French bread works best)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and cheeses to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake uncovered for 40โ45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let cool for 5โ10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
