Instructions
- Prepare the Ground Beef:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Nachos:
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly across the sheet pan.
- Sprinkle half the shredded cheese over the chips.
- Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the cheese layer.
- Add the remaining shredded cheese on top.
- Bake the Nachos:
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
- Add Toppings and Serve:
- Remove the nachos from the oven and add your desired toppings (e.g., diced tomatoes, olives, jalapeños).
