- 3 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled

- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 2 small Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until smooth with some chunks remaining for texture.
- Add lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic powder (if using). Stir to combine.
- Fold in the diced onion, tomatoes, jalapeรฑo, and cilantro. Mix gently to avoid over-mixing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lime juice, or pepper if needed.
