  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Pour the chicken broth around the chicken (not directly on top to preserve the seasoning).
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (75ยฐC).
  7. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or shredding.
