These layered desserts feature creamy chocolate pudding, crushed graham crackers, and fluffy marshmallows, creating a rich and indulgent treat perfect for parties, family gatherings, or just satisfying a sweet tooth. - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- For the Marshmallow Layer:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (optional, for added creaminess)
- For Garnish (Optional):
- Crushed graham crackers
- Mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
- Toasted marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer:
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each serving cup and gently press to form a base layer.
- Make the Chocolate Pudding:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Spoon or pipe the pudding over the graham cracker layer in each cup, filling about halfway.
- Add the Marshmallow Layer:
- Top the pudding layer with mini marshmallows and a dollop of marshmallow fluff (if using). Spread evenly.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips on top.
- For a toasted effect, use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
