Sโ€™mores Pudding Cups are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat. These layered desserts feature creamy chocolate pudding, crushed graham crackers, and fluffy marshmallows, creating a rich and indulgent treat perfect for parties, family gatherings, or just satisfying a sweet tooth.     • 2 cups cold milk
  • For the Marshmallow Layer:
    • 1 cup mini marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff (optional, for added creaminess)
  • For Garnish (Optional):
    • Crushed graham crackers
    • Mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
    • Toasted marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer:
    • In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
    • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each serving cup and gently press to form a base layer.
  2. Make the Chocolate Pudding:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
    • Spoon or pipe the pudding over the graham cracker layer in each cup, filling about halfway.
  3. Add the Marshmallow Layer:
    • Top the pudding layer with mini marshmallows and a dollop of marshmallow fluff (if using). Spread evenly.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips on top.
    • For a toasted effect, use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
