- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- For Decoration:
- 16 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- Mini chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons)
- Orange sprinkle or fondant piece (for the nose)
- Black edible gel pen or melted chocolate (for the mouth)

Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo mixture:
- In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs.
- Transfer crumbs to a large bowl and mix in the softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Form the balls:
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a smooth ball. Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Chill the balls in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Coat the balls:
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
- Using a fork or skewer, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring itโs fully coated. Let any excess drip off before placing it back on the parchment paper.
- Decorate the snowmen:
- Before the coating hardens, press on mini chocolate chips for the eyes and buttons.
- Add an orange sprinkle for the nose.
- Once the coating sets, draw a mouth using black edible gel pen or melted chocolate. Attach pretzel sticks for arms if desired.
- Chill and serve:
- Let the snowmen set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
- To prevent cracking, make sure the Oreo balls are chilled but not frozen solid before dipping in chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
