- 2–3 tablespoons milk (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter:

- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

- Fry the Fritters:
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop dollops of batter into the hot oil. Fry in small batches, ensuring the fritters donโt stick together.
- Cook for 2โ3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Make the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the consistency if needed.
- Glaze the Fritters:
- While the fritters are still warm, drizzle or dip them in the vanilla glaze. Let them set for a few minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Serve warm and enjoy with coffee or tea.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toss the apples in a little cinnamon and sugar before folding them into the batter.
- Best served fresh, but you can reheat them in the oven for a crispy texture.
- Use a slotted spoon or skimmer to carefully turn the fritters in the hot oil.
