These Speedy Dumpling Stuffed Flatbreads are a fun and fast twist on dumplings, all wrapped up in a toasty flatbread. Filled with juicy dumpling-style filling and pan-seared until golden, they’re the perfect handheld snack or light meal—no folding or steaming required!
Ingredients

1/2 lb ground pork or chicken

1 cup finely shredded cabbage

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tsp sesame oil
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
For Assembly:

4 soft flatbreads or tortillas (6-8 inch size)

1 tbsp oil (for pan-frying)

Dipping sauce (optional – soy sauce, chili oil, or dumpling sauce)
Instructions

Make the filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until mostly browned. Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until cabbage is wilted and mixture is cooked through. Let cool slightly. -
Assemble the flatbreads:
Lay out the flatbreads and spoon the dumpling filling onto half of each one. Fold over into a half-moon shape and press gently to seal. -
Pan-fry the flatbreads:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.

Serve:
Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

Want a vegetarian version? Use crumbled tofu or finely chopped mushrooms instead of meat.
