- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Prepare the Chicken:
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove from heat. - Make the Creamy Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded mozzarella, chopped spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined. - Assemble the Casserole:
Place the seared chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the creamy spinach mixture evenly over the chicken. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. - Bake:
