  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (or frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
  3. Make the Creamy Mixture:
    In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded mozzarella, chopped spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
