Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let rest for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, combine strawberries, red onion, basil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Mix gently.
- Top grilled chicken with the strawberry bruschetta mixture and sprinkle with crumbled cheese if using.
- Serve immediately, optionally with a side of greens or crusty bread.
