Instructions
- Prepare the pan:ย Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
- Melt the base:ย In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Add flavoring:ย Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin powder, vanilla extract, and a few drops of pink food coloring (if desired). Mix until fully combined and the color is even.
