For the Pound Cake:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and flavorings: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
- Alternate wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
