Description

Strawberry Popsicles for Kids are a refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries and natural sweeteners, perfect for hot days and little hands.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water (if needed for blending)

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add water if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. To release, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds before pulling out the popsicles.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easier removal.
  • Add chunks of fresh strawberries for texture.
  • For dairy-free, use coconut yogurt.
