Strawberry Popsicles for Kids are a refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries and natural sweeteners, perfect for hot days and little hands.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water (if needed for blending)
Instructions
- Place strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add water if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely frozen.
- To release, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds before pulling out the popsicles.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easier removal.
- Add chunks of fresh strawberries for texture.
- For dairy-free, use coconut yogurt.
