Description

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks (for stuffing)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 3040 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  3. Place mozzarella sticks around the edge of the dough, about 1 inch from the border.
  4. Fold the dough edge over the cheese sticks and pinch to seal, creating the stuffed crust.
  5. Brush the stuffed crust edge lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the center of the dough, leaving the stuffed edge exposed.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  8. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  9. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12โ€“15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
