Description
A delicious homemade stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with gooey cheese-filled edges and a crispy golden crust.

- 1 lb pizza dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese sticks (for stuffing)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 30–40 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475ยฐF (245ยฐC).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Place mozzarella sticks around the edge of the dough, about 1 inch from the border.
- Fold the dough edge over the cheese sticks and pinch to seal, creating the stuffed crust.
- Brush the stuffed crust edge lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the center of the dough, leaving the stuffed edge exposed.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 12โ15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking.
- Substitute part-skim mozzarella to reduce fat.
- You can add additional toppings like mushrooms or bell peppers if desired.
- Use a pizza stone preheated in the oven for crispier crust.
