Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry:
    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

    Roll the dough into 1 ยฝ-inch balls and place each into the well of a greased mini muffin tin. Press the center of each ball down slightly to form a cup shape.
