- Assemble the Quesadilla:
- Place a tortilla on a clean surface. On one half of the tortilla, spread about 1.5 tablespoons of the prepared creamy jalapeรฑo sauce.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese blend over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute 1/2 cup of the cooked chicken over the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half to cover the fillings, creating a half-moon shape.
- Cook the Quesadilla:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the assembled quesadilla in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it sit for a minute before cutting.
- Serve:
