Ingredients

  • 36 frozen tater tots (about 1 bag)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat ovenย to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Place three tater totsย in each muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes to soften them.
  3. Press downย on the tater tots using a spoon or small cup to form a cup shape.
  4. Return to ovenย and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and baconย into each cup and bake for 3โ€“5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from ovenย and let cool slightly before transferring to a serving plate.
  7. Top with sour cream and green onionsย before serving.
