  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the ovenย to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Spray a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the tater totsย in a single layer on the pan, pressing them together to form a crust. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
