Description

Crispy egg rolls stuffed with juicy beef, gooey cheese, and all your favorite burger flavors. The ultimate party snack!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cook the filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season the beef: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, pickles, and shredded cheese. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the egg rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Brush the top edge with beaten egg to seal.
  4. Fry until crispy: Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Fry egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve & enjoy: Serve hot with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce!

Notes

  • For a healthier option, air fry at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Add bacon bits for extra flavor!
  • Use mozzarella instead of cheddar for a gooier filling.
