Description

This creamy and decadent Christmas fudge is the perfect holiday treat. Made with rich chocolate and festive toppings, itโ€™s an easy dessert that will impress your friends and family. Great for gifting or as a sweet addition to your holiday table!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or holiday sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8ร—8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes or holiday sprinkles on top, pressing them gently into the surface.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
  9. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • For a nutty twist, add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans to the fudge mixture before pouring it into the pan.
