Description

These white chocolate blondies are rich, buttery, and packed with sweet white chocolate chips. They have a soft, chewy center with a slightly crisp topโ€”just like a perfect blondie should be! Easy to make in one bowl and ready in under 30 minutes, this is the ultimate treat for white chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix Batter: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts (if using).
  • Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool & Serve: Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra gooey blondies, remove from the oven when the center is slightly underbaked. They will set as they cool.
  • Swap macadamia nuts for pecans or almonds for a twist!
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a sweet and salty combo.
