Description
These turkey and stuffing roll ups are everything you love about a holiday meal wrapped into one delicious bite. Tender slices of turkey are rolled around flavorful stuffing, then baked in a creamy gravy until hot and bubbly. It’s comfort food at its easiest — perfect for a weeknight dinner or using up leftovers.
Ingredients
8 slices cooked turkey breast (deli-style or leftover turkey)
2 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra richness)
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the soup, milk, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Lay turkey slices flat. Place about 1/4 cup of stuffing in the center of each slice, then roll up tightly.
Place the rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the roll-ups. Dot with butter if using.
Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a golden top.
Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
-
This recipe works great with chicken too.
-
Add a layer of cranberry sauce inside the roll for a sweet-savory twist.
-
Leftover gravy? Use it instead of the soup mixture for an even more homemade feel.
