- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichokes, halved cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
